The fact that English is considered one of the top three difficult languages to learn due to its challenging phonetic system and frequent  rule breaking should not deter you from experiencing the joy of being bilingual.

Ell learners are often left to fend for their selves in academic environments, whether its’ due to a lack of adequate resources or ill- equipped instructors. This is especially alarming when some demographers predict that by 2030, the ratio of ELL to non-ELL will be on in four.
